beauty tips

Everyone wants to look their best. And your skin is the first thing that people notice about you, so it should be taken care of properly. There are different skin types dry, oily, normal and combination. Each type of skin requires special care. However, with the overload of information on beauty today, it's no wonder many of us are left in a state of confusion.

Some are born beautiful and others grow to become beautiful. Looking healthy and attractive is everyone's dream, regardless of age group. Since lifestyle and skincare contribute a lot to your looks, here's some advice to keep in mind.

1. Wash your face regularly

Wash your face at least twice a day (but no more than thrice) with a cleanser that suits your skin. Select your cleanser depending upon your skin type (dry, oily, normal or combination). You can also choose aloe-vera for cleansing. Be careful not to cleanse too often. Also, never wash your face with water that's hot or too cold, as both can cause broken capillaries. 

2. Get enough sleep

If you are sleep-deprived, your skin will look sallow, dull, tired and saggy. A well-disciplined routine and at least seven to eight hours of sleep every night are important for good skin. 

3. Vitamin-rich

You should eat vitamin-rich food items such as oats, avocado, other fruits and vegetables. Concentrate on vitamins A and E in proper amounts. Stay away from oily, greasy food as it can lead to the onset of pimples.

4. Drink lots of water

Water is of prime importance to maintain good health and overall cleansing. It is recommended that you drink at least seven to eight glasses a day to keep your skin hydrated. 

5. Don't forget sunscreen 

Sunscreen is probably the most essential component of one's skincare regimen. Wrinkles, which are the number one sign of aging, are triggered by sun exposure. So it is essential to make use of sunscreen from your early years. Don't forget sunscreen even in winter and on cloudy days.

favorite recipe

Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich
 
This is a really short and simple my favorite recipe. If you are making them for breakfast, you can prepare the hard boiled eggs the night before so that you cut down on the preparation time in the morning. I think it’s such a nice treat to have this on the breakfast table :)

Ingredients :

- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tomato, sliced thinly
- a few romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- soft white bread
- butter or margarine spread

Directions for making egg mayonnaise sandwich :
1. In a bowl, mix evenly chopped egg, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
2. Spread some butter margarine on a slice of bread.
3. Spread egg mayonnaise mixture you made in step 1, tomato slices and lettuce leaves. Top with another slice of bread. Cut into half diagonally if desired before serving.

  I really liked the bread since I was a kid, and my mom always makes variations in the presentation. why I like sandwiches? Because the mix taste of bread, eggs, and mayonnaise is very tasteful. And also because the egg sandwich is easy to make. I hope with a recipe you can try at home. Thank you ................................................

I am not alone

I addressed this poem to people I admire. He always helped me when I needed him. This life is not eternal. Even though all of them will quickly pass, but I hope he knows that I admire him.
